=== 2020 ===
On December 16th, Cherryh4ck created Toms3 Anarchy after being inspired by the server he most frequented at the time, '''jonarchy.org'''. He shared the project with [https://wiki.toms3.cc/K7rau K7rau] and [https://wiki.toms3.cc/santydork santydork], which resulted in K7rau becoming a co-owner and santydork serving as an administrator.

However, due to his limited experience in server administration and development, Cherryh4ck eventually grew bored and shifted his focus back to playing on other anarchy servers.

=== 2021 ===
In early January, he decided to revive the project, which led to him developing the server for nearly an entire year.

Notably, Cherryh4ck stepped away from his original identity and created [https://wiki.toms3.cc/T0m a new one] to play on the server.

However, after a long time, he closed Toms3 on December, due to him lacking more budget and the server practically having no players. However despite all of these reasons, in reality the main reason was because the server got botted a lot, which annoyed him.

=== 2022 ===
Cherryh4ck attempted to reopen Toms3 Anarchy in mid-2022 (''the exact date is unknown'').
However, the relaunch was unsuccessful. He closed the server permanently one or two months later.

== Reputation ==
As the server owner, Cherryh4ck maintains a positive reputation. He is known for being highly attentive to player feedback and remains consistently open to community suggestions.

However, in-game, he tends to be extremely aggressive and insulting, specially towards new players who ask obvious questions.
